The stay was pleasant with clean facilities and a friendly staff that made the experience enjoyable. The location was convenient and allowed for easy access to local attractions. the corridors felt outdated, and the bathroom required some improvements. Breakfast had a decent variety but the sausages lacked quality, detracting from an otherwise nice meal. The spa facilities were a highlight, offering a relaxing swim and sauna experience.

The blinds did not fully close, affecting privacy from the car park!!! Several areas felt tired and dated, suggesting a need for a refresh!!! The spa had an unpleasant odor that could easily be improved!!!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a fab time. Breakfast staff, especially Sharon, were super helpful. The room was comfy but a bit dated. the locations’ amenities were nice, but the check-in could use some work. great stay but just needs better organisation.

The stay featured excellent service from the friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially regarding a television issue, which resulted in a prompt room switch. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a good variety of hot options. the location of the room next to the fire exit was concerning as it remained open, raising safety worries throughout our stay. the signal on the TV was poor, disrupting our enjoyment before bedtime.
